The idea for this book began with having an overwhelming need to let go of all of my past demons. The only way I am able to process my feelings is, many times, by writing them down. So, instead of writing them in my personal journal in the hopes of letting go of all the pain I feel, I felt like I should write this book.

 

Through it, I hope to help others not fall in the same traps I have, as well as give them hope that anything can be achieved, when they put their mind to it.

 

Now, I believe that I am ready to share my story with you by exposing my innermost secrets because I truly believe my story to be one that will help many people who often feel lost and/or have been victims of abuse.

 

My life experience will provide you with another way to view your life, no matter the challenges your mental issues bring your way! Humans are resilient beings and as such we need to make it a point to bring our dreams to fruition, no matter what you were born into!
